WCC Small Business Sponsorship Opportunities

WCC is looking for small business owners to partner with us at our Food Truck Friday
Community Outreach event on Friday, April 30 th from 6:00-9:00PM.

 

With multiple Food Trucks and a Kid’s Bounce House, this will be a great time to fellowship
with WCC Members and people from around our local community.

 

How to support Food Truck Friday as a Small Business Owner:

 

Option 1- FTF Partners (WestCoast Regular Attendees)
For WestCoast members we are asking for a donation to help cover the overhead cost of hosting
this event. The recommended minimum donation for each business partner is $60.

 

Option 2- FTF Sponsors (Local Businesses– non WCC members)
If you own or manage a small business and want to sponsor FTF but do not regularly attend
WCC, you are still welcome! We are asking for a donation of $120 to help cover the overhead
cost of hosting this event.

 

In addition to this donation, we also ask that you come prepared to give away at least one gift
card with a minimum value of $25. Business sponsors will be given the opportunity to personally
handout their gift card to the raffle winner.

 

In exchange for your participation, WCC would like to showcase your business.

 

1. Please email a copy of your logo to admin@westcoast-church.com and we will add it to
our website and list you as one of WCC’s Food Truck Friday Partners/Sponsors.

 

2. A mini-trade show space will be reserved for you to set up a table to showcase your
business during the FTF event.

 

Please bring the following:
- A small table with a table cloth
- Pop-up banners or back drops are welcome (not required)
- Business cards, handouts, and marketing materials

- SWAG Giveaways, discounts on membership/merchandise, promotional items
- At least one $25 gift card (max of 3) to give as a raffle prize
